Yo Sushi's Chicken Rice - how to?

It seems to take them a juiffy to make and tastes bloody good!

Can anyone tell me how to make this at home?

What kind of rice is it and how does get that lovely, sticky flavour?

Any really good rice recipes welcome!

Do a search for Hainanese chicken rice. It is often cooked in the rendered fat of the chicken which will add massively to the flavour.
