This is not a euphemism.
Not sure whether this should be in food and drink, so mods, feel free to move it if you so desire.
Can anyone remember the name of those purple/lilac lollys that you used to be able to get. They had a texture inside similar to that of Edinburgh rock but a bit denser. I've looked for a photo but can't find one.
Allow me to demonstrate with my unique skills on MS Paint what the lolly in question looked like.

Not those, although it has been a while since I had one. In the picture the lolly is a sort of tongue shape, lilac in colour with a stick similar to that on the Matlow swizzles. cslgirl said:
How long ago could you buy them and what flavour were they?
I'm not sure how long ago, 10 years ago maybe. I'm only 20 and they're certainly a fairly recent memory. As for the flavour, it's hard to describe but they were delicious! My brother thinks it was blackcurrant but I'm not 100%. They were really nice!

Haven't found the lolly yet but I fear a lot of my money will be wasted on sugary treats now
