Wine Bar Central London

I'm meeting a former colleague and friend in central London on Saturday (the one occasion where I drink wine and not beer). We usually talk business for a while, then down a few glasses of wine (I like to think of this as my 'civilised' night out compared to the rest). Does anyone have any suggestions as to a wine bar type place in central London?
