Not really. You'd be best off cooking it then freezing again.

Well I've done it before and nothing happened. I don't suppose it would kill you but it may end up giving you delhi belly or something.

A text book answer should be "no" to cover all eventualities but in reality as long as it has gone from frozen to refrigerated and not an ambient temp then you'll be fine to refreeze. What you must do though is cook it thoroughly when you do eat it. Not that pork is nice undercooked anyway. What it will do though is start to break down the muscle fibre of the meat and the quality will deteriorate.
