Nice pub with a garden child friendly in Berko, tring, chesh
Discussion
Its my Birthday this weekend and in legendary form I am taking a few of my family to the pub for sunday afternoon drinks and food.
I'm looking for a place with a garden so that hman jnr can keep himself amused, but am taking me ma who is a bit of a wine and food critic.
So any help gratefully received - basically!

www.beerintheevening.com - do an advanced search for facilities
Annie Baileys is more of a Restaurant with a Bar, but has a nice big car park and a walled garden with large outside tables. Food is good and reasoably priced. I think they also accept the Taste of London card too, but only offer a 2 for 1 deal, not 50% off the food bill. The are on the A485 off the A404 between Chesham and Great Missenden. I sometimes pop in there for Lunch when out for a hoon. I think they also have a 2-course for £10.95 menu as well - I usually have a nice crayfish salad followed by a very nice steak and chips (I think it maybe skirt - it is very nice piece of meat, anyway).

Will do the swan another time though!
Hey. Been out all day so only just seen this thread.hman - if you'd like to come to my pub, we'll gladly serve you at 3. PM me if you'd like and I'll make sure it's sorted. You may need to book (even outside) but that won't be a problem. Like I say, give me a shout if you'd like to come.
Cheers,
Phil.
