I'm getting married next year, and for the wedding breakfast/ party afterwards we are hoping to have the mother of all BBQ's. I have seen firms that will do this for you, and charge you silly pounds for the privilege. So I was thinking, hire big BBQ, trip to Smithfields Market, stock up with salad stuff from a local farmer I know, bread rolls etc. From the local baker. Now all I need is to hire a chef to prep and cook it all for me. Having a google I can't seem to find anyone, so I'm throwing it open to the vast knowledge of PH. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance , Roy.
