I'll start.

Breakfast

  • Fruit, either an apple or a couple of oranges if I'm up first and leaving early
  • Maybe toast (2 slices) with butter and Marmite/jam if my o/h is up first
  • Occasionally cereal
Lunch

  • Would range from a sandwich and crisps with water, to a Big Mac meal or a sausage roll from a bakery
Snacks
  • I have a packet of crisps every day
  • A piece of fruit
Dinner

  • We eat quite a lot of chicken, so maybe half a breast and a leg and thigh with roast potatoes and some veg. Normally a home-cooked meal.
  • A few glasses of wine or beer about 4 times a week
My lunches could be healthier but I struggle with bland sandwiches and if I take lunch with me in a morning I eat it at 10:30am.

I think the rest appears to be fairly normal, doesn't it?

Similar to mine really mate with the exception of breakfast - I rarely bother. A coffee and a cigarette sorts me out.

Breakfast - coffee.

Lunch - at weekends, maybe a sandwich but usually nothing much. At work, could be anything from a quick sandwich up to a fancy lunch, but in the main it involves St. Nick's market in Bristol wherein a fiver will secure a fabulous lasagne, pie & mash, curry, sausages & mash, Moroccan, Caribbean, Portuguese and many more delights.

Dinner - during the week, often stir-fry, or pasta (meatballs, spag bol etc.), perhaps a BBQ. Then at weekends I will often cook something proper, or resort to "phone a friend".

Breakfast - 3 cups of tea at about 6am
Lunch - Whatever dish I'm developing for the menu so could be a light brunch type thing or part of a bigger dish but never anything too heavy.
Dinner - Always a meat dish and a bottle of wine followed by "snacks" which could be a cheese straw or it could be half a pound of steak chopped up and fried with onions and peppers.

Issue for me is I am always nibbling at what I am cooking throughout the day so thats normally a soup before breakfast, a lunch buffet by 11am and a main course at about 5pm. Then I eat dinner at about 9pm.

Christ on a bike, you must weigh a bit. No offence fella, but to still be losing weight and eating all that. How much were you eating before?

I like sweets. Lots of sweets. Its not uncommon to have twice or three times this amount in a day.

Breakfast- 2 cups of tea and 2 slices of toast with marmite.

Lunch- If I'm not at work then I tend to just nibble something for lunch, when at work I have a ham roll, packet of crisps, cocktail sausages and a biscuit (tend to have lunch fairly early at work and don't generally get out of work until close to 5:30, I can't really snack in the afternoon and customer service is very difficult when you're hungry so I make sure I have a big lunch).

Dinner- Depends on whether I'm cooking for myself or if I'm eating with the family, if with the family then it's generally a proper meal such as pasta or rice with meat etc (because it's not me that's cooking). If cooking for myself it's "bung it in the oven" rubbish, occasionally I'll do risotto or similar for myself though.

And then numerous cups of tea during the day and a small bit of chocolate after dinner.

I'm desperately trying to motivate myself to have an enormous nosebag in the mornings....Beef/onion pie, mash tates , peas, perhaps the odd other thing....etc etc

Lunch: Savory, Pork pie, , cheese, sardines, salad, etc

Tea, alchohol ..tea etc....

When I can do it its great , I wake up starving, ready for a real stuff , its the early morning motivation though..not easy, sadly.

Nope. Skinny by my standards, 6" 13.5 stone.. Used to be 15 stone and quite built (i.e. v little fat). But up'd the cardio (by quite a lot I guess) training for a triathlon and I can't keep the weight on despite how much I eat major frown

Breakfast: 1 x Actimel (at home), 2 x Toast with peanut butter (at work), a large mug of coffee.

Lunch: Work canteens. Usually spag bol, curry and rice, grilled chicken and salad, or a sandwich at my desk.

Dinner: weekdays tend to be pasta, stir fry and rice, grilled chicken with veg, or pan fried fish. Usually with a glass of whine or a whisky or two afterwards.

Weekends, fairly unhealthy stuff...takeaway or restaurant on friday, same again on saturday, with a few cocktails or pints. Then I usually cook something substantial on Sunday and go for a 2 mile run to detox.
