Im going to bake a cake but it says use 350g of cream cheese in the icing.

One of the people who will 'enjoy' the cake is not a fan of cheese - so what can i replace cream cheese with?

Something white, slightly solid with a bad taste.

Hmmm, better get to work. Might take a while to produce that much.

Cream cheese icing won't taste of cheese, it's like cheesecake, so they probably won't even know.

For an alternative you could maybe use buttercream?

If they don't like it, they could always get a Mars bar.

(There are other chocolate bars available)

If there's some sort of flavouring (e.g. cocoa, vanilla etc.) mixed with the cream cheese and it's also sweetened, I suspect they're unlikely to realise it's cheese. Just make sure it's just a dislike of cheese (imagined or otherwise) & not lactose intolerance you're dealing with before giving them a slice..........

What's the cake? Carrot cake? or?

If they are lactose intolerant suspect buttercream isn't going to be much better.

If the flavour of the cake is such that a cream cheese type topping is preferable I'd suggest baking something else tbh.

If its lactose intolerance just expect some amusing bodily fireworks about 20 minutes after they've consumed it. Wont do them any harm, the other guests may want to give them a wide berth for a while though wink

There's probably some lacto free product available to take the place of the cream cheese, but then you will probably sacrifice a little on flavour for the rest of the 'NORMAL' people attending your meal wink
