Somewhere nice within walking distance of Tower Hill tube

Aside from Gaucho, can you suggest anywhere? It doesn't have to be OTT flash, but it is for a client lunch.

What sort of place are you after?

In St Katherine Docks, you have pizza at the Dickens Inn, or a reasonable Indian next door called Mala.

If you cross over Tower Bridge, there are a few places next to each other in Shad Thames ( Butlers Wharf Chop House, Pont de la Tour and Cantina del Ponte)

To add a bit...

In St. Catherine Docks there is Ping Pong if you fancy Dim Sum, Zizzi has proper pizza oven, Cafe Rouge is pretty reliable, Strada didn't impress when we tried it, and I think a few others that I've not tried.

South of the River you've the Conran restaurants, Blueprint Cafe a favourite of mine, and Ask, Pizza Express, and another Zizzi.

Well that went to pot, but the client paid so it's not all bad.

Chez Gerrard was their choice, and to my surprise it was very nice too!
