Cider Recipe

Apologies if something like this has already been posted but does anyone know a good recipe for a dry cider. I have access to lots of eating and cooking apples. Thanks for any help

Not done any cider specific recipes, but I have substituted the wine in a coq au vin for cider, and it worked quite well.

Nice in slow cooked pork dishes.

Shall give it a try when I get my pigs butchered. Might try some form of cider sausage
