Heads up - half price gressingham ducks

Not sure if it's just at my local tesco or not but a very good buy indeed (priced between £5 & 8 per duck depending on weight).

This works out cheaper than buying two of their bogo duck breasts at seven fking quid a throw.

Cheap rilletes MC?

Exactly what I was thinking when I saw the thread title - I'll get one for the freezer.

Right now production capacity is limited as I have pork belly incoming, to trade for half of the rillettes it makes.
