Maybe we can make this a bit of a sharing thread.

Rather than me google for some, without knowing what I'm looking for and if its any good. Maybe people could post up ones they've tried and liked. With a summary?

I use paste and jars, but would like to do something a bit more original. I eat Korai, jalfrazi, madras etc.
