Depends on the shape of the pasta, but a good rule of thumb is that it will double in weight once cooked.

PS Being serious for a minute, why are you worried about weight when cooked, have you got very thin plates?

Just make alot of pasta, boil it, measure out what she needs. Serve rest to ther people. Whatever is left can be sent to me.
