If I stick up a How to do the perfect Risotto thread tomorrow will people like to add to it and have it as a possible sticky if I update as we go along?
Tbh what we really ought to do is a recipe thread wiki and sticky it. That way existing threads don't need to be repeated, and the single recipe thread doesn't get bogged down with the discussion about chocolate in chilli, for instance.
