Usually Waitrose have a small selection, but this year nothing along these lines at all. They're not to everyone's taste but I like those ales that taste like alcoholic Christmas pudding in a glass, any idea where I can get them from?

On a more positive note I picked up 14 bottles of Chimay yesterday for 99p each reduced from £2.49 as they were the end of a line, sell by date 2014 so not a total wash out.

not sure which brewery (maybe fullers) but there's one Xmas pud ale that comes in a tin with a pint glass for a fiver. I can guarantee these will be a quid each in Tesco after Xmas - stock up as its lovely stuff.

ETE - its youngs' christmas pudding ale i was thinking of.

Been drinking Hobgoblin quite a lot lately. Not strictly Christmassy, but they have done a special Christmas livery for the pump decoration.
