Toasted muffin, poached egg, crispy bacon, bit of salad if you are that way inclined.

In the words of Mr. Ramsay - done.

2 x crumpets, toasted until crisp. Salted butter, marmite, two egg french omelette and streaky bacon. Maple syrup over.

Do it now, or tomorrow brunch.

Maybe jazz it up a bit - brunch when entertaining rather than just comfort food for two.

Forget 'brunch'. In fact what the fk is brunch anyway?

Do lunch. Roast some chicken thighs until crisp and make a great salad with roasted tomatoes, hearts of romaine, grilled peppers, toasted nuts and a good dressing. Slice the crisp chicken into small pieces and toss.

healthy, light, easy, refreshing.
