All relative I know but I have (very) limited diet.

So the choices are:

1 piece of buttered toast

or

1 bowl of cereal (either Coco Pops, Rice Crispies or Cornflakes) with semi- skimmed milk,,,

I'd take a slice of brown bread over the cereals you've mentioned.

At my age I'm not going to change my not liking fruit, and I'm not looking to eat healthily, just which one was more healthy........but I don't eat:

Fruit
Salad
Vegetables (except potatoes)
Fish
Pasta
Cheese
Rice

The list goes on......

If you don't eat any of these, why on earth are you bothered about what's healthiest out of your original choices?!

Out of that lot I'd vote for Cornflakes because at least then you're getting some protein and calcium in the milk. I also hope you're taking some vitamin suppliments.

Double sausage and Egg Mcmuffin with the hash brown shoved in it and some OJ to wash it down. What could possibly be healthier?
