Manoir Patisserie course
Discussion
I did this yesterday. It was very well run and I was with an extremely friendly group of people (8 of us in total) that made it feel like a group of friends cooking together.
Some of the 'little tricks' were excellent and will definitely be used in future. Lunch was cooked freshly by a couple of the staff and we even managed to get some of the truffle risotto that the main kitchen was serving

Star of the day was definitely the Pistachio souffle.
Brought home a cake-shop full of goodies including lemon cake, macaroons, pear tart and choc marquise.
