QUICK! Sauce for pork belly...

... picked up some pork belly strips earlier, planning on roasting them and having some nice mash and a selection of vegetables. Need some lubrication, so wondering what sauce I can whip up that would be appropriate and delicious. Any suggestions gratefully recieved.

A creamy mushroom sauce (aka Jaeger sauce). Used a lot in Germany with pork, and absolutely delicious.
