is too much yoghurt bad for you?

i ate 4 of those little petit filous for breakfast and then another 12 with lunch, anyone know what a safe amount of yoghurt is as i've got a couple more knocking about the fridge and there bloody moorish

You'll be fine, just make sure you have a clear run to a very close by toilet and it remains unoccupied.

I eat those big cartons of yoghurt all the time (usually with some fruit cooked in a pan with a bit of water and sugar mixed in) and they are what 500ml?

20 petit filous should be less than 500ml?!

You do have to be very careful of those with cultures in as they multiply exponentially in the gut and take you over just like the Replicators in Stargate.

I don't think you can really OD on yoghurt... you'd vomit before you consumed an acutely unhealthy amount. That said 20 petit filous' will have a lot of sugar in, so I'm not sure it's particularly good for you either.

petit filou is ****ing gorgeous. at 24, I still think its great. but I still think the pots are too small. They should just split a packet of 6 into two large pots

I still think its great @ 17. I think they do do a slighly bigger 6 pack but its still not big enough haha.

Very true haha, thankfully however im not a 17 year old dad. My 15 year old cousin on the other hand is about to become a dad in the next 2 weeks. Uh Oh!
