I have some lamb steaks to cook tonight.

I want to do something different rather than veg and gravy, something a little bit special.

Lamb steaks go well with Turkish/Lebanese/Mediterranean food. Think peppers, garlic, olive oil.

Marinate them in natural yogurt with garlic garam masala and mint for as long as possible then cook in the oven.
