So i've got a hang over this morning and I need some insperation from the PH Foodies please.


I have a can of confit du canard from my recent supplies trip to France and four mouths to feed tonight. I could keep it simple a just serve the confit however one of my diners is a foodie and needs to be impressed!!! So I was thinking along the line of Duck 3 ways....

Please give me some insperation

Cassoulet for me is a cold winters day dish, very nice though!!
