Watching Saturday Kitchen and Micheal Caines is guesting, something I never knew was that he only has one arm. Being a nosey git I wanted to find out a bit more about him and I stumbled upon his Wikepdia page.

Hmmm methinks this paragraph isn't the exact truth!!!

"He became the Head Chef at Gidleigh Park in 1994, but only two months into the job suffered a crocodile attack in which he lost his right arm. He was back in the kitchen part time two weeks later, occasionally breaking out into an angry, violent histeria whenever the timer on a clock or oven went off, but was back to chasing Peter Pan and the lost boys fulltime within a month. In 1999, Gidleigh Park was awarded a second Michelin Star, and in 2001 Caines won Chef of the Year at The Catey Awards."
