A friend of mine has got a case of port that is about 25 years old, she doesn't want to drink it

Any recommendations of dealers?

Is it vintage port, if so what year? LBV or tawny/ruby red ?
Name of house?

Might see some interest on BidForWine.co.uk if it is a vintage offering from a decent house.

But to manage expectations, I'd be surprised if it yielded anywhere near retail price (which incidentally you can probably check via Wine-Searcher.com).
