For three cold items. I really don’t see how people can feasibly consider McDonald’s to be food delivery appropriate. At least Chinese and Indian come in the right kind of containers to travel well.

considering the time it'll take to arrive. I'd rather buy one of those 'serves 2' pasta bakes from the supermarket that's £4 and have that instead.

The apple pies which are normally hotter than the sun, will surely still be warm.

Only £1.79 here. Only... smile

Why can't I order a hot drink with a cheeseburger meal (via the app, couldn't be bothered to park and try inside)?

Wife wanted a big Mac chicken the other night, extra burger onions. Nope, not allowed, left them off entirely. Didn't let us know they couldn't do it so back we go to complain, apparently not allowed as there's no button for it,and they aren't allowed to use the*ask me " button!
I suspect it's bowlocks, just an excuse for incompetence or laziness, but what possible harm can it have been to add bloody onions!

I think it's just a term of the deal, as I prefer a hot drink to a cold drink as I bring my own cold drink (driver at work).

Doesnt work inside or drive thru either unless member of staff is feeling nice and sorts you out. I only want a white coffee i don't expect a grande macha frappa caramel orange flake 99 for the same price..

Missed McDonald's breakfast by 2 minutes, so swung into Tim Horton next door.

Big breakfast wrap meal, £7.49. Wrap, hash brown, drink.

Big breakfast wrap plus a drink - £3.55.

That's one damned expensive hash brown!

I’ve never really liked Tim Hortons in the UK. What did you think?

It's alright, bacon is heavily seasoned in the cure, and the hash brown is a potato/onion mix that always tastes a tad artificial - but then the McD's breakfast wrap isn't the same since the egg changes.

Their coffee is even worse than McD's (Canadian's must really hate coffee!), so I always go orange juice.

Main reason I like the wraps is being able to add brown sauce.

isn't that hat trick burger just a triple cheeseburger?
they can't be using the same patty as a quarter pounder. the patty used for the bigmac is the same as those used in 1x,2x,3x cheeseburgers.
only difference seems to possibly be the bun and the use of actual onions instead of rehydrated onions.
