Born and bred on the stuff. Really good added to a Spagetti Bolognaise at the table.

Happy to find out more details for either of those if you're close enough to either. Certainly the Maidenhead store are usually happy to take requests for when they place their next order, if they don't stock what you're after.

Get yourself down ASAP.
Brilliant stuff all, plenty of ideas to try out... but not sure about anything with more than half a million scovilles
Just out of interest, I had a quick look on the grocery section of Amazon, and discovered such delights as:
Rectum Ripper
Sphincter Shrinker
Colon Cleaner
And my personal favourite, Wet Fart
Not sure that they appeal to be honest

That's just ghey.
I use Franks Hot Sauce for Pizza's Thats 4-5000 scovilles in heat.
And these two for curries and chillies. Just one drop though.
Mad Dog 357 - 357,000 scovilles
Blairs 3AM 1.5 - 2 million scovilles
They are great fun at BBQ's etc.
Doesn't matter how much you warn someone, blokes just have to try a drop. With funny results. It's good stuff though and since using them my tolerence to hot food has gone up.

After watching all of the Man vs Food "Spicy Hot Wing" challenges I had to buy some of this sauce when I saw it in Bentalls, and for only £4.95. On the label it says:I use Franks Hot Sauce for Pizza's Thats 4-5000 scovilles in heat.

"One of the hottest sauces on earth. Contains: Pure habanero pepper enhanced with habanero infused flavour which creates a sauce measured at 119,700 scoville units."
This hot sauce is nothing like i have ever tasted before. A couple of drops on your finger is like being hit by a train! (not that I have been). I have attached a pic of the sauce below. It now sits on my desk in the office. Just before Christmas 3 colleagues tried it (just one drop, even tho' they said they'd have more) - two of them had to rush into the kitchen to drink a pint of milk. All were pleased I did not let them have more than 1 drop. It's AWESOME! No kitchen or office is complete without it.

Spicy sauces, chutneys, relishes etc can be fantastic and i have a ton of em... in my mind these are a marked separate thing to 'hot' sauces which taste of nothing and just add heat. The latter can often ruin a dish, I'm not really sure why they exist. I can eat as hot as can be cooked, its not the heat that is the issue it is the lack of taste. All this stupid naming ("mad dog", "TNT", "insanity" etc etc etc etc) seems to be tapping into some stupid macho aspect of the lazy male cook psyche. Must try harder.
