Any idea how I can download this into an MP3 file

Its the Foo Fighters recording from Saturday night at Isle of Wight - which I thought was a fantastic performance.
I just wanted it as an MP3 so I can listen to it in the car

Get firefox, get "flashgot".

Failing that, get the headphone cable you use to connect the MP3 player to the car, plug one end into the headphone hole on the PC, the other into the microphone hole, press record in sound recorder, then press play on the website.

Ah nice one. Am going to have a busy couple of days now getting those recordings that i've been wanting for a while !
