Jason Aldean - why no iTunes?
Discussion
Not heard of Aldean before but looking at his wikipedia page I'd say;
1. Country big is not mainstream big, despite two platinum and one gold albums
2. Independent label
3. He may not like Itunes' terms.
Also, if you look on his website Wide Open is available on itunes via it. http://www.jasonaldean.com/music/all/wide-open
In fact, all 4 albums are.
Sometimes I think I'm the only person who knows how to use search engines.

Ha! Fair comment. It hadnt occurred to me there might be a download option other than iTunes. What have I become...1. Country big is not mainstream big, despite two platinum and one gold albums

ucked right in!!! I didn't listen to anything as I had the radio on while searching. Who would you compare him with? Will have a listen when I get home later...
Its kind of modern country/rock. Im not sure who else is similar as Im only just getting in to that scene myself after a recent trip to the US. Its pretty accessible stuff I would say and I like the stuff he sings about. "My Kind of Party" is what lead me to him first and there are a couple of others I heard over there that I liked. So Im going to give it a listen some more and see if I like it. Quite like Dirt Road Anthem too.
