Jani Lane (ex-Warrant) - RIP

OK, so you can't exactly put them up there in the upper echelons of musical excellence but I've always had a soft spot for Warrant. Cheesy, but harmless stuff but for the type of music I always thought that Jani had a great voice. Pretty powerful with a reasonable range to boot... 47 is no age to go.

Unfortunately, this had been coming for some time. An incredibly talented songwriter and much under-rated.

I always thought he sounded a lot like Brad Delp, who is sadley no longer with us either.
