Black Sabbath Reunited

Just seen this on Planet Rock -
"Tony Iommi has spoken about their rehearsals and new material
Well, it seems that the rumours are true. Black Sabbath HAVE reunited and they are rehearsing for a tour and new album.
After being leaked by MetalTalk.net yesterday, the Birmingham Mail has bagged an interview with Tony Iommi in which he reveals that the project has been under wraps for a couple of months, after he and Ozzy got back together to start writing together.
"We're really looking forward to it and I think the stuff we've been writing is really good," said Tony. "It's more back to the old original stuff."
"It's all been very hush-hush. Ozzy's been the worst at trying to hold it back. He's doing a lot of TV and he's being asked stuff about a reunion and he's going 'well I never say never'
"He told me, 'I don't know what to say'.
"I had umpteen number of people on the phone asking if I fancied getting together with a band but I couldn't tell them what I was doing. I just had to say I was busy."
The only question mark at the moment is seemingly around drummer Bill Ward's health.
"He hasn't been 100 per cent. He had an operation a few months ago, so we'll see how he is."
I saw them back in 2005 at Download. This is awesome news, I really hope it does all happen as I would love to see them play again. Any other fans on here?

For me, they are the greatest band of all time. I've seen them about 25 times I think with the first being in Cardiff in 1973.
25 times! I have seen them once and thought that would be my one and only chance, so to see them twice would be awesome. My dad has seen them quite a few times, I dont think as much as 25 though. Nom de ploom said:

I’m saddened that a Birmingham journalist whom I trusted has chosen this point in time to take a conversation we had back in June and make it sound like we spoke yesterday about a Black Sabbath reunion.
At the time I was supporting the Home Of Metal exhibition was merely speculating shooting the breeze on something all of us get asked constantly, ‘Are you getting back together?’.
Thanks to the Internet it’s now gone round the world as some sort of ‘official’ statement on my part; absolute nonsense. I hope he’s enjoyed his moment of glory, he won’t have another at my expense.
To my old pals, Ozzy, Geezer and Bill, sorry about this, I should have known better.
