Help identifying a song

Its a 80's pop track, it sounds a lot like Erasure. The lyrics in the corus goes like this "dont hold back, break your (something) chains, woo ho hoo". I heard it on the radio today and I remember it when it was out years ago. Probly a long shot but I'd thought I'd ask before I go mad trying to think of the band!
