I think they should be called Magnolia 5, their music is so safe, neutral and bland IMO - ideal for background music in furniture stores but just does nothing for me at all.

It just sounds like noise to me, I can safely say I haven't heard more than 30 seconds of it, just sounded like generic modern day st music trying to relive the past, dreadful track.

Well I'm 47 so naturally I hate everything new, Its allowed.
On Saturday I took the blokes who work for me out for a day in London, they are all young and we all got completely wrecked. Came back to mine after and they got on Spotify and started playing all their awful shyte, as is a young mans wont.
Eventually they put this song on, and I absolutely loved it. At least it's a real tune. Trust me, after listening to an hour of the sort of crap 21 year olds enjoy this is a breath of fresh air!
Then I freaked them out by picking up my guitar and learning it in about 30 seconds.
(It's not hard but they don't know that).

Saw the video on the 4music or Viva freeview channel, didn't like the song. I don't know if they're all recent but he's got a lot of tattoos, thought it was odd because he just seemed one of those people who wouldn't have tattoos.

Sure, I'd prefer some Cradle of Filth, Mushroomhead, Lacuna Coil, My Darkest Days or Nirvana to be played when I'm down the gym, but Maroon 5 isn't quite that bad.
