Can't see some of the links, so not sure if it's been mentioned, but "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister has to be up there. In a different way, I'd also say Metallica's "One". Not sure metal really fits the video format in all honesty. Only so many performance videos you can have at the end of the day, and if you're NOT going to take that route, it needs to stand out in other ways, and I'm not sure many do?

Most metal videos are a bit rubbish to be honest. Huge lack of imagination (and often money) means they're usually just the band posing in warehouses/beaches/scary rooms etc.

If you stretch the definition of heavy metal..... an awfully, awfully long way, you could squeeze in a ZZ Top video or two. Or three perhaps.

If heavy metal isn't that elastic, then I'd have to say that Warrant's She's My Cherry Pie is the only metal song I ever paid attention to from start to finish every time I saw it.

Morbid Angel - God of Emptiness

Perfectly fits the bleak, dark feel of the song. The snap shots of the ostensibly Christian clergy, hiding the man as he transforms into a demon, or perhaps even an angel, worshipping the creature etc, all very sinister. Ace song too, heavy as a bus driving over your head.
