request for music help

hi,

i need suggestions for hard rock/heavy metal songs recorded in an acoustic/gentle/female manner

i already have as an example tori amos version of smells like teen spirit and lucy silvas cover of nothing else matters and paint it black by a teeny whose name escapes me atm!

any suggestions welcome...

Maybe a bit O/T, but Apocyliptica have an album out of Metallica covers recorded on Cellos

Look up "Nouvelle Vague". They only do covers, with 2 female vocalists, all the songs in a slower, mellower version of the originals.

A lot of what they cover is 80's new wave, but there are harder rock songs too.

Is this in the music section yet?
