trent reznor is one of modern cinema's best scoring composers.he did s7even and plenty more.when his project "nine inch nails" released "pretty hate machine " in 1989 i was mesmerised. a modern day genius.

didn't realise he'd done much cinema, but he is a genius

remember an advert in the cinema (can't remember what for, jeans maybe?) with some of his seemingly random industrial/computer noise, was amazing at cinema levels! don't know if anyone remembers it? two escaped criminals running for the train? long shot i know!!!

I listened to about 30 mins of it a couple of weeks back, it sounded a bit too boring/uninspiring for me - and I am a NIN fan along with liking quite a few soundtracks. I did enjoy the 'Ghosts I-IV' which is quite similar format..

Having watched Social Network last night, i didn't realise he had done the soundtrack for that, really good score, i will have to check it out smile

The opening titles for the film withth ecover of Immigrant Song are very good.

He's done other films, Lost Highway and Natural Born Killers we're both great soundtracks.

Really good version of the Immigrant song, goes nicely with the mood of the film. Great film, superb book !!
