Seatwave/GetMeIn/ticketmaster etc - getting tickets abroad

Hi all,

I am hoping to surprise the OH this summer with a concert in Italy, and the tickets are only available, it would appear, on these legalised tout websites such as SeatWave, GetMeIn, TicketMaster etc.

Has anyone had any experience with any of these sites and how fast the tickets will be delivered? As an alternative, could I have the tickets delivered to our hotel in Italy?

The concert is the Teatro Del Silenzio with Andrea Bocelli, so it isn't some big stadium where we can just collect the tickets from the counter on the day.

Never done this sort of thing before, so feel free to point out obvious sticking points, potential problems etc.
