Having spent the last few days in Scotland, was lucky enough to catch this on telly last night.

For anyone with more than a passing interest in Cream or Jack Bruce, it is possibly one of the best ways of passing an hour that you'll see all year.

Great interviews with Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker and six renditions from his songbook from the man himself specially recorded for the programme.

He may be touching 70 now, but by Christ, the man's still got it.
