How do I make my Left Hand faster?

I am right handed. I dominate my piano with my right hand. I cannot therefore play Rach 2. It is frustrating. I can perform, have had several rock bands; this is a serious music question.

Ideas on training the weaker hand? And don't be silly PH, I understand the connotation.

Finger exercises/scales. You need to be able to push your ability to perform using that hand beyond the requirements of the piece you want to play. It's all down to the muscles in the forearm. Also, could practice making a fist quickly.
