Any old ravers? Identify a tune

Recently went through my old rave cassette tapes and came across this tune.
I’ve spent a few days trying to find out who it is by but with no luck (youtube/called couple record shops hard to find etc..)

Does anyone know who this track is by and what it’s called?

The tape says renaissance (no idea where or when probably around 1996 ish) but it could also possibly be from a Todd Terry mix?

I’ve played it on a stereo and uploaded it to youtube..here’s the link:
