Bands You Hate,.... who've done songs you love.
Discussion
I detest Radiohead, whining miserable s
t that makes my skin crawl, but, Creep is one of my all time favourite songs.
Oasis, utterly detest them, but Champagne Super Nova is so relaxing and such a wonderful piece of music.
What's your musical contradictions?

Agreed (feel the opposite way about Radiohead though - Creep was an 'anthem' for sure, but I think they matured into something much more special after it finally crawled it's way up the charts)It's probably Blur for me - can't stand their contrived 'mockney' nonsense from Parklife onwards, yet 'This Is A Low' always tugs at my heartstrings, as does 'To The End' - one of those songs I never 'got' for about 15 years until it came on the radio one day, fitted my situation at the time perfectly and suddenly struck a massive chord within!
Hate Nickelback, but love their song Animals, similarly for Limp Bizkit and Break Stuff
They don't sound that much different to the usual stuff those bands do, but for some reason I really like them!

Both 'hate' and 'love' are too strong a word to use, as there's too much breadth for me too really hate any band - what's the point? I guess similar for the 'love' aspect. However, for the moment there's these five who I can only think of one song I like by each of them:
McFly - Party Girl
Oasis - What's The Story?
Radiohead - Street Spirit
Razorlight - Wire to Wire
The Darkness - Get Your Hands Off My Woman

Never heard of Tatu but I'll check it out. Cheers.
It's Jonny Marrs amazing guitar that really makes the song (for me anyhoo).
Tatu were Russian and fabricated by some evil manager dude, they had a gimmick on stage and it wasn't singing. It's Jonny Marrs amazing guitar that really makes the song (for me anyhoo).
Google images will fill you in....
