tiketmaster - how does it work?

x full price ticket
x seated American express all card members
x seated american express preferred

You have to put a number in one of those

Section 'best available'
Location 'best available'

It says there are tickets
press go, type in 2 annoying capcha words youre not sure of
It bings around and around and says
no tickets available try again select best available or change the quantity
Even if x= 1 it finds nothing

Whats the trick?

If you give up and try ebay for tickets from someone who can no longer go, are you susceptible to this?
