2 string bass

due to arthritis and peripheral neuropathy, my fretting hand no longer works right so am thinking of swapping to a 2 string to put off the day i give up playing ( i play mainly 80's rock so 2 strings and frankly 3rd and 5th frets will do) . i'm considering ordering a Krappy Punk bass or maybe trying a 2 string replacement neck (do these even exist?). any experience of Krappy as the seem too cheap to be much good or where to get a custom neck for a ibanez gsr200
