Is there anything out there, that wont cost the same as a Custom shop Strat that will enable slowing down of a song without pitch change ?

And, also, IDEALLY, able to remove or quiet down vocals ?

Not sure if Im asking for the moon on a stick though...

Ok, so Ive found a way of losing the vocals using Audacity, but now the drums are too loud.

Anyone know if I can lower the volume of them down a bit ?

Follow the first minute of this tutorial, it shows you how to set a limiter on the track. That should stop them being too loud.

There's a few things. Riff station will do what you want http://www.riffstation.com/ but you'll need to be plugged into a pc for it. The Boss JS8 e band is sweet too & will slow down, loop sections & remove guitar parts. I haven't used riff station, but I do have an e-band & haven't put it down since buying it. Brilliant bit of kit for practice.

Its pretty good, but Im not sure if its worth £35 tbh.

Audacity is free, you can slow it down and keep the pitch, you should also be able to get rid of the vocals with a bit of EQ fiddling...

You can also get some good slow down apps on smart phones and tablets.

Got Audacity as well, its ok for slowing down, but the pitch and general sound is all over the shop if you try and remove vocals...
