Mystery track help

[Pothole]

Watched In The Cut earlier and there was a track playing before the end credits I'd like to hear in full. It's not listed on the soundtrack and googling what lyrics I caught is not returning any useful results...it's right before the end credits when Meg Ryan's character is going home

Lyric is something like
