My first pocket money purchase was Queen - Greatest Hits, from Woolworths in High Wycombe High Street, around 1982.

The first CD was bought by mistake and before I had a player - I thought it was a mini vinyl single, doh,

Focus, Moving Waves, and Rafael Orozco playing Chopin Preludes (on the same day). I fancied a girl that played piano, and wanted to impress.

The first CD I bought was Clubland 2003, in 2002 aged 12 with money I'd got helping a neighbour by spending a day chipping cement off bricks, I got a KFC out of it too.

2nd and 3rd were D12 Devils Night and Wu Tang Clan 36 Chambers.

I didnt really buy singles, I bought Eric Prydz Call On Me for the free video on the disc, at 14 the reason was obvious.

Can't remember the first single but it would have had a big hole in the middle as it must have been from the ex-jukebox stall in Birkenhead Market.
