Live DVDs/Albums Recorded with a Symphony Orchestra

I've just been listening to/watching Portishead's Live at Roseland DVD, which they recorded with a symphony orchestra and I am just about to start watching Elbow's live recording at Abbey Road of The Seldom Seen Kid with BBC's Symphony Orchestra.

I know that Metallica had their S&M album and Kanye West also did a DVD called Late Orchestration where he did some of his songs with a small string orchestra, but can anybody think of any other times that this has been done? I'm sure there are other examples and acts who might want to do the same, but is it seen as a cliché now?

I started a thread on here the other day with a link to a band called Hooverphonic doing the same thing, they have an air of Portishead about them too. Loads of vids of it on YouTube. They do a version of Unfinished Sympathy on there, but standout track for me is called 2 Wicky.

Loneliness of a Crane Driver on the Elbow one is just incredible, really gets the hairs on my neck standing up

According to legend, not long after releasing the Concerto album they were touring the UK, having returned to straight-ahead rock music, and turned up for a gig in the north of England where the promoter apologised for not being able to get an orchestra but he'd managed to procure the services of the local brass band.

Emerson had previous though. The Nice released 'Five Bridges' in 1970. It got me into Sibelius amongst other things.

It was rumoured it was costing $100K a day including dragging the Orchestra along on that particular tour resulting in an overall $3m loss. Lake & Palmer blamed Emerson
