help please from PH, I was listening to the radio the other day and heard a song which I liked but cant find it any where as I don't know what it is called!!

basically it is a man talking in a american accent giving advice to the listener with do`s and dont`s all the way through the song. it is not a new song it has been about since the 80`s I would of thought.

I know it is a bit vague but I know PH will have the answer!
