Please help ID these guitars (Rickenbacker, Gretsch, Burns)

Hi All,
I have the sad task of selling a relative's guitars, as he has gone into a care home after a stroke and will never play them again. I know this is good stuff but am struggling to identify and therefore value them, particularly the Rickenbacker and the Burns. Anyone have any clues or suggestions?
I presume this mark will detract value/saleability:
The Gretsch has some of the factory quality sign-off paperwork so I know it to be a 6119 model, I think from 2003.
The Burns is more worn in, unknown model
There is also a Squier Stratocaster, unknown vintage
Finally also a Fender Princeton 112 amp as well as a Vox Valvetronix.

The Strat is a recentish Korean one, not work a great deal (less than a new one, and they're only about £100 or so these days). The Burns is a '60s one, but I'm not sure of the market for these at the moment but it'll be a couple of hundred quid to the right person.
The other two are a bit more interesting. The Rickenbacker is the 12 string one, which is the most sought after. Figure about £1200 or so for that. The Gretsch is the most valuable of the lot by the looks of it, maybe around £1500 or a bit more. It really depends on the age of it.
Because of the value of those two I'd be inclined to get them properly valued rather than slinging them on eBay and hoping for the best. Try and get a couple of valuations to make sure you have the right numbers. A quick google search brings up

The Burns is a Vibra Artist. If it's an original 60s model, it's worth anything up to £1000. If it's not an original, then considerably less.
