Pure Audio Starting to get interesting

The Pure Audio format will release Albums by Tears for Fears, Genesis and the Sex Pistols in the new Year. That's to add to the Nirvana albums and others.

Pure Audio = Blu Ray Discs mastered to 24 bit 96 or 192KHZ quality that will play in stereo on ANY Blu Ray Player.

Exceeds Vinyl. Depends how well the tracks are mastered though as to whether you will prefer it. Personally I find it has much of the atmosphere without the drawbacks.
