For instrumental I would recommend Scheherazade, there's a number of live versions on You Tube. Staying with the Russian composers, Swan Lake and the Nutcracker both have some very romantic themes.

Vocal music is probably going to need a compilation, I wouldn't presume to make suggestions as tastes can vary wildly.
